We have at the farm a complete coffee quality lab, where physical and sensorial analysis is undertaken by a qualified cupper, trained by BSCA. This highly skilled professional is constantly trained and has a yearly immersion in contact with the best quality experts in the world by his participation in the Cup of Excellence Program. His constant attention and repeated tastings of every lot produced at our farms guarantee that only the best coffees will be selected to receive our Estate coffee identification in the bags.
