FAZENDA SANTA HELENA

At the base of Serra do Pau D'Alho, in the shores of the Furnas Lake, lies Fazenda Santa Helena. There we grow mainly high quality coffee varieties using localized drip irrigation, which guarantees a gradual maturation, with no impact from severe weather accidents like drought and frosts.

Here are processed our best varietal coffees from the Yellow Icatu and Yellow Bourbon varieties, using special systems developed to achieve the maximum quality ever obtained in Brazilian coffees, through the obsessive search for perfection.

At this farm we developed the strict quality control procedures for the production of the best Pulped Natural coffees as described by the most demanding experts, such as The Coffee Review and DF Consulting.

Also at this farm we research processing methods that allow the production of perfect natural coffees, by the total protection during the drying phase, in terraces covered by greenhouses and in suspended platforms with controlled atmosphere.
